Accessing Reading Eggs

Reading Eggs. 2013. Date Accessed 03-22-13. www.readingeggs.com

As a kindergarten teacher, I am creating this blog for my students and their parents. Reading Eggs is an interactive Reading program our students in grades K-2 are using during Reading centers.  Hopefully this blog will help teach my students, as well as their parents, how to log into Reading Eggs at school and at home.

1.  Go to the homepage www.readingeggs.com

2.  When you have made it to the homepage, go to the section on the right hand side in the middle called Member's Login.

3.  Type in your individualized login in name. Then move your mouse to the Password box and enter the following password: krocks1. Click Login.

4.  Once you are logged in, you will need to click on the Start Reading Eggs tab. See below.

5.  On the next screen you will find your name and click on it.

6.  Begin playing your game by following your map and your chick!

7. When your time computer time has ended, please click the hand in the tools bar on the left side of the screen. Once you have completed this, you may move to your next center.

  1. My kinders love Reading Eggs, too! I'm anxious to see the math program that they are coming out with. Have you heard of it? I think it's called Math Seeds. Not available to the public yet.
